Emergency Service is available 24/7 for Priority Service Agreement Customers

After hours emergency procedure:

Leave a message on Voice mail and the on-call technician will be alerted to promptly assist you.

Emergency situation is defined as : no heat when temperatures are below 50, no AC when temperatures are above 95, or significant water leakage.

Diagnostic Fee Policy

Diagnostic fees are waived with repairs for service calls scheduled for Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
