Best Value – Ask about Annual Maintenance Agreements!

Nothing’s worse than sweating all night, being unable to get a good, restful sleep, and then going to work when it’s hot and miserable outside. Having your AC system tuned-up before the heat wave can help avoid unforeseen problems that cause sleepless nights!

While many people wait until it gets super hot outside to schedule their A/C Service, we recommend scheduling in the spring (May and early June is best). This saves you potential headaches (and sweating all night), and gives you much more flexibility in scheduling. In the springs months when the temperatures are warm and mild outside, most people aren’t using, let alone thinking about their A/C. That’s typically when our schedule is more flexible. By scheduling in May or early June, you’ll have peace of mind when the high temps roll in, and won’t have to worry about a broken A/C or a long waiting list during a heat wave.

We’ve had many customers ask if we can service their Air Conditioner during their Furnace tune up in the Fall.  Unfortunately, the outdoor temperatures have to be 70 degrees or higher to properly test system pressure. It is best to have your AC system tuned up in the spring on a warm day. A Service Agreement/Annual Maintenance Plan will ensure your system is taken care of at the proper time, and at a reduced rate.
